AI Voice Demo Notice

The Audio Vault uses AI-generated demo vocals as a creative tool to help clients hear and approve original songs, hooks, lyrics, and audio concepts before final production.

AI demo vocals are a preview tool — they allow you to experience the creative direction, melody, lyrics, and energy of a concept before committing to final production with live vocalists or other production methods.

AI demo vocals provided by The Audio Vault are not:

• voice clones of real people
• celebrity soundalikes or impersonations
• artist impersonations
• employee impersonations
• customer impersonations
• family-member impersonations
• digital replicas of real individuals
• final licensed vocal performances (unless stated in writing)
• deliverables cleared for broadcast, streaming, or paid media (unless stated in writing)

AI demo vocals are used during the concept review and approval phase of a project.

Once a concept is approved, final production may involve live vocalists, professional recording, or other production methods depending on the selected package and agreement.

The use of AI demo vocals in final deliverables is only permitted when explicitly stated in the signed agreement.

Clients should not submit voice recordings, names, likenesses, photos, videos, family stories, memorial materials, school materials, customer stories, employee information, or youth sports materials unless they have the legal right and permission to provide them.

The Audio Vault does not accept requests to create voice clones, soundalikes, or impersonations of real people — including celebrities, public figures, employees, customers, family members, or minors.

The Audio Vault is committed to using AI tools responsibly and transparently.

We use AI as a creative preview tool to serve our clients better — not to deceive, impersonate, or misrepresent real people or performances.
