Standard usage rights may include:
- website use

2.What Is Not Included in Standard Packages

3.Full Buyout and Exclusive Rights
A full buyout or exclusive rights package transfers broader ownership and usage rights to the client.

4.Broadcast, Paid Media, and Streaming Rights
Use of deliverables in broadcast television, radio, paid advertising, streaming platforms, or other distribution channels beyond standard marketing usage requires a separate written agreement and may require additional licensing fees.
Please contact us before using deliverables in these contexts.
5.Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide to The Audio Vault — including logos, brand names, photos, videos, names, likenesses, testimonials, and campaign assets — are properly licensed and cleared for use.
The Audio Vault is not responsible for clearing third-party rights in materials submitted by the client.
6.Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, The Audio Vault may display approved final deliverables, client names, logos, and general project descriptions in its portfolio, website, social media, and sales materials.
We will not publish confidential business information without permission.
