Refund Policy

All services provided by The Audio Vault — including brand anthems, jingles, audio logos, ad music, campaign audio assets, and sonic strategy — are custom-created for each client.

Because of the custom nature of our work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Work begins after required payment is received and the project is confirmed.

Once work has begun, The Audio Vault has committed time, creative resources, production capacity, and project expenses to your project.

If a project is canceled after work has begun, The Audio Vault may retain payments already made to cover:

• time spent on creative development
• production work completed
• reserved capacity
• project expenses incurred
• any deliverables already created or delivered

Refunds, if any, are handled at The Audio Vault's discretion unless required by applicable law or stated in a signed agreement.

If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us at support@audiovaultstudio.com to discuss your situation.

If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you to use your included revision rounds before requesting a refund.

Each package includes the revision rounds listed in the selected package or agreement. Revisions are reasonable refinements to the approved creative direction.

Revisions do not include a complete restart, new concept, new genre, new lyrics, new vocalist, new structure, or major change in direction unless agreed in writing and billed separately.

If a deposit or payment has been received but work has not yet begun, please contact us promptly. Refund eligibility for pre-work payments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
