Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Business Name: The Audio Vault, powered by KS1 Marketing & Media Group
Website: audiovaultstudio.com
By using this website, submitting a project inquiry, purchasing services, or working with The Audio Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1.Services
The Audio Vault provides custom audio marketing services, including brand anthems, jingles, audio logos, ad music, campaign audio assets, and sonic strategy.
All services, deliverables, pricing, usage rights, and timelines are subject to the selected package, proposal, invoice, or signed agreement.
2.AI-Generated Demo Vocals
The Audio Vault uses AI-generated demo vocals to preview original songs, hooks, lyrics, and creative concepts written by our team.
Demo vocals are for concept review and approval only unless the signed agreement says otherwise.
The Audio Vault does not knowingly create unauthorized voice clones, celebrity soundalikes, artist impersonations, employee impersonations, customer impersonations, family-member impersonations, or digital replicas of real people.
3.Client Materials
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions to submit and use any materials you provide to The Audio Vault.
This includes logos, brand names, photos, videos, names, likenesses, testimonials, customer stories, employee materials, school materials, youth sports materials, memorial content, voice recordings, and campaign assets.
You agree not to submit materials that infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
4.Payments
Payment terms are listed in the selected package, invoice, payment link, or signed agreement.
Work does not begin until required payment is received.
Late or failed payments may delay the project.
5.Refunds and Cancellations
Because The Audio Vault provides custom creative services, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project is canceled after work begins, The Audio Vault may keep payments already made to cover time, creative work, production work, reserved capacity, and project expenses.
Refunds, if any, are handled at The Audio Vault's discretion unless required by law or stated in a signed agreement.
6.Revisions
Each package includes the revision rounds listed in the selected package or agreement.
Revisions are reasonable refinements to the approved creative direction. Revisions do not include a complete restart, new concept, new genre, new lyrics, new vocalist, new structure, or major change in direction unless agreed in writing and billed separately.
7.Usage Rights and Licensing
Standard packages include final MP3/WAV files and standard marketing usage for the client's own brand.
Standard usage may include website, organic social media, webinars, internal presentations, sales videos, event playback, and general brand content.
Standard usage does not include resale, sublicensing, third-party use, broadcast television, radio, paid media, streaming distribution, stems, raw files, exclusive rights, or full ownership unless stated in writing.
8.Full Buyout
A full buyout or exclusive rights package is only included when stated in writing.
Unless a full buyout is purchased, The Audio Vault retains ownership of underlying concepts, drafts, unused ideas, working files, raw sessions, stems, production files, creative methods, and pre-existing materials.
9.No Guaranteed Results
The Audio Vault provides creative and audio marketing services.
We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, views, engagement, conversions, followers, brand recall, ad performance, or campaign results.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including audience, offer, budget, distribution, timing, platform behavior, and campaign execution.
10.Portfolio Rights
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, The Audio Vault may display approved final deliverables, client names, logos, and general project descriptions in its portfolio, website, social media, and sales materials.
We will not publish confidential business information without permission.
11.Website Content
All website content, copy, graphics, logos, designs, images, examples, demos, and creative materials are owned by The Audio Vault or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or reuse website materials without written permission.
12.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Audio Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
The Audio Vault's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
13.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
